What the website does not collect
Club Digital offers no account creation, no form and no newsletter. The website uses no audience measurement tool, no social media button and no embedded third-party content (video, map, advertising). It sets no cookies: details are given on the Cookies page.
Data processed
Messages sent to the contact address
When someone writes to the contact address, the publisher receives their email address, their name if it appears and the content of the message.
- Purpose: replying to the message.
- Recipient: the publisher only. Messages are not sold, transferred or used for commercial purposes.
- Retention: messages are kept for as long as needed to reply and follow up on the exchange.
- Hosting: the mailbox is hosted by OVHcloud, which sets out its commitments in its data protection policy.
Technical connection data
The website is hosted by GitHub Pages, a service of GitHub, Inc. Like any host, GitHub may record technical connection data, including the IP address, in particular for security purposes. This processing is GitHub’s responsibility and is described in its privacy statement. The publisher has no access to this data.
Fonts
The website’s fonts are hosted on the website itself. Displaying them involves no connection to a third-party service.
Links to other websites
Articles link to the websites of the software vendors mentioned and to public sources. These websites apply their own privacy policies, over which the publisher of Club Digital has no control.
Your rights
The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) gives everyone rights over their data, which the French data protection authority (CNIL) presents on its page about rights to control your personal data (in French):

- the right to rectification;
- the right to erasure;
- the right to object;
- the right to restriction;
- the right to data portability.
